Lynda has nearly two decades of experience representing corporate clients, startups, small businesses, and individuals in a wide range of business immigration matters. She has served as a Senior Attorney at a leading Silicon Valley law firm, represented innovators and entrepreneurs in U.S. immigration processes, and previously operated her own practice providing immigration legal services to corporate clients, startups, artists, entrepreneurs, physicians, and families. Lynda has also practiced at Pryor Cashman LLP and at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, advising global companies on immigration and nationality law and managing global immigration matters.
