Alan supports the firm’s immigration practice through detailed case preparation, client communication, and administrative coordination. He serves as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive timely updates regarding approvals, card issuance, and next steps in their immigration process. He prepares and organizes final application packages, confirms client information, manages mailing logistics, and completes internal checklists to maintain accuracy and compliance. He also assists with new matters by confirming billing contacts, sending intake forms, and gathering required documentation for adjustment of status, naturalization, and family based cases. He monitors upcoming renewals, reviews firm communications, and contributes to special projects and internal integrations. In addition, he prepares engagement letters, invoices, forms, and client correspondence to support the firm’s workflow.
